As we prepare to present Max Wolf Friedlich's gripping contemporary thriller JOB The Play, we're seeking powerful visual art that explores the intersection of technology, identity, and human connection in our digital age.

JOB The Play delves into the complex realities of modern life where the digital and physical worlds collide. We invite artists to explore themes including:
What We're Looking For
We encourage both existing works and new creations that speak to these themes. Whether you've explored cyberpunk aesthetics, digital collages, commentary on social media culture, or reflections on screen-mediated life, we want to see your perspective on how technology shapes our humanity.
Submission Details
Who Can Apply: Seasoned and emerging Jewish visual artists in Manitoba. This is a curated exhibit, and therefore not all works will be selected.
Medium: 2D artwork that can be hung on walls with proper installation (if you are unsure whether your work is eligible, please contact us before submitting)
Limit: One submission per artist
Deadline: August 10, 2025
Note: We may accept proposals for artworks not yet created. If you have a concept you'd like to develop specifically for this exhibition, please email us to discuss timeline possibilities.

Where: The Berney Theatre Foyer, Asper Jewish Community Campus
When: September 11-21, 2025 (duration of the run of JOB The Play at WJT)
