Patron Services Representative
Position: Part-time, 12-18 hours per week
Compensation: $21/hour
Location: Winnipeg Jewish Theatre administrative office, Winnipeg, MB

Winnipeg Jewish Theatre is seeking a personable, organized, and community-minded Patron Services Representative to support our audience, donors, volunteers, and day-to-day theatre operations.
Working closely with the Company Manager, Head of Marketing, and the Artistic & Managing Director, this role is responsible for supporting subscription sales, ticket sales, and box office operations, ensuring that patrons are warmly welcomed and properly supported throughout the season.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication and organizational skills, and is excited to be part of a small, collaborative arts organization.
Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting phone and in-person subscription sales, ticket sales, and box office operations.
- Ensuring the box office operates efficiently during productions, public performances, and events.
- Providing excellent patron support by responding to inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Coordinating mail-outs, audience communications, and other patron engagement initiatives.
- Updating community calendars and assisting with event listings.
- Supporting general administrative duties and community engagement activities as required.
The Ideal Candidate Might Have:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service skills and a warm, professional manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort using email, word processing software, and spreadsheets.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, deadline-driven environment.
- A love of theatre, arts, culture, and community engagement.
- Experience with ticketing systems, box office operations, fundraising, volunteer coordination, or non-profit administration is an asset.
Position Details:
- This is a part-time position of 12-18 hours per week.
- Some evening and weekend availability will be required during productions and special events.
- The role is based in Winnipeg, MB, with work primarily taking place at WJT’s administrative office and performance venue.
